Remedy updates and availability.

A dated record of changes to the public information, with links to current product status. Website updates do not imply a new software release.

12 September 2026 — Public information expanded

Added the pricing and company pages, a six-tool buyer’s guide, five individual comparisons, an MTTR guide and an architecture overview. Expanded the self-hosting guidance and separated the AI bug-fixing explainer from the product homepage.

The comparisons use current official sources and distinguish product scope from evidence of performance. Illustrative incidents remain examples, not published customer results.

Current product labels

Reporter, SDK and the diagnosis, repair and verification loop are described as core foundations. The Agent remains in development. Probes are planned expansion, while repository, database, deployment and observability connectors carry individual qualifications.

See the integration status table for the detailed breakdown. These labels do not certify every deployment or confirm universal general availability. Early-access configuration and validation are agreed per project.

Customer evidence and future releases

No customer case study or measured repair-performance result is being announced by this website update. A future case study needs a verified incident timeline, clear outcome criteria and permission to publish.

Product release entries will need confirmed release evidence. The existing availability labels remain in place until a component’s validation and supported rollout justify a change. For access, see pricing or contact Altari Systems.
