Remedy pricing.

One planned pricing model for application reporting and server-side remediation. Start with the scale you need, then confirm the supported workflow during early-access onboarding.

Planned monthly plans

Prices are in GBP per month. These are the early-access pricing plans; this page is an enquiry route, not an instant checkout. Server allowances describe the planned commercial entitlement and do not imply that the Agent is generally available.

Application and server coverage in one model

The pricing model brings Reporter, SDKs and the intended diagnosis, repair, verification, API-probe and runtime-monitoring workflow into the same plan structure. There is no separate frontend subscription and server subscription to combine. Each capability remains subject to its published availability and the project’s supported configuration.

Additional server agents are planned at £9 per server per month. Project allowances, AI usage allowances, any high-compute overage arrangements and the Free plan’s limits will be specified before onboarding. An included server allowance should not be read as unlimited projects, unlimited model use or a managed service guarantee.

What to confirm before starting

Tell us the application stack, repository provider, number of projects and servers, and the incidents you want to address first. We will establish which connections and checks are supported and what evidence can be collected before agreeing an early-access scope.

The written offer will set out billing arrangements, applicable tax treatment, usage limits, support and any deployment-specific requirements. No annual discount, service-level commitment or automatic production deployment is implied by this pricing page. Check capability status and review self-hosting requirements alongside the plan price.
